At Travel Agency in Puri, we strive to provide a seamless travel experience across Odisha. Since our bookings are managed manually via WhatsApp and phone calls, we have established the following policy to ensure transparency regarding payments and cancellations.
Initial Payment: To secure a cab or tour package, an advance payment (as discussed on WhatsApp) is required.
Confirmation: Your booking is only confirmed once you provide a screenshot of the payment (UPI/Bank Transfer) and receive an official confirmation message from our team.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in cash or via UPI to the driver or agency representative at the start of the journey.
If you wish to cancel your booking, the following refund rules apply based on when the request is made via WhatsApp:

| 10 days or more before the trip | 80% of the advance amount |
| 3 to 5 days before the trip | 50% of the advance amount |
| Less than 72 hours before the trip | No Refund |
Wait Time: For cab services, the driver will wait for a maximum of 60 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.
No-Show: If you do not arrive or cannot be reached within this window, the booking will be treated as a “No-Show” with no refund of the advance payment.
Odisha is prone to weather changes and occasional cyclones. In cases of extreme weather, government-imposed restrictions, or temple closures:
We will attempt to reschedule your trip to a later date.
If rescheduling is not possible, a partial refund may be issued after deducting any non-refundable costs already paid to hotels or third parties.

Your Name and Booking Date.
The original payment screenshot.
Your UPI ID or Bank Details for the return transfer.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
