Welcome to Travel Agency in Puri. By accessing our website (https://travelagencyinpuri.in/) or booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payments

  • Advance Payment: A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm any tour package or long-distance cab booking.

  • Balance Amount: The remaining balance must be cleared at the start of the journey or upon arrival in Puri, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Pricing: All quotes are subject to availability at the time of booking. Prices may fluctuate during peak seasons (e.g., Rath Yatra, New Year, or Puja holidays).

2. Cab Rental Terms

  • Usage Limits: Standard cab rentals are based on a specific kilometer limit and duration. Extra kilometers or hours will be charged at the prevailing rate.

  • Exclusions: Unless specified, parking fees, toll taxes, interstate permits, and driver “night charges” (after 10:00 PM) are to be paid by the customer.

  • AC Usage: Air conditioning will be switched off in hilly terrains or when the vehicle is stationary to prevent engine overheating.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Standard Cancellation:

    • 15 days or more before travel: 90% refund of the advance.

    • 7 to 14 days before travel: 50% refund of the advance.

    • Less than 7 days: No refund.

  • No Shows: No refunds will be provided for “no-shows” or unused portions of a tour (e.g., missed sightseeing).

  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

4. Tourist Responsibilities

  • Identity Proof: Every traveler must carry a valid government ID (Aadhar, Voter ID, etc.).

  • Local Customs: Customers are expected to respect local traditions. Specifically, for the Jagannath Temple, travelers must follow the dress code and prohibited items list (no leather, no mobiles).

  • Punctuality: The agency is not responsible for missed sightings or itinerary delays caused by late departures by the customer.

5. Limitation of Liability

Travel Agency in Puri acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, transport). We are not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage to personal luggage or belongings.

  • Injuries or accidents occurring during the tour.

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or temple crowds.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puri, Odisha.
